"The most terrible online shopping experience I've ever had. Received the watch and it wasn't working - was a defective piece. Then I asked for a refund and they asked to courier it back and upon receipt refund will be done in 10 working days but they will not refund shipping charges (although the watch being defective isn't my fault). I was like let me just get back the watch cost at least. Couriered it and it was delivered to them on June 8. Till date I have not received refund. When I emailed, I am just getting AI generated feedback."
