"I am extremely disappointed as I never heard back from timex after my first confirmation email. I never received my purchase. When I sent a complaint I was sent a tracking number only to discover that my purchase had been sent and delivered to Italy whereas I live in Cyprus !! I was told an investigation will be conducted and I am still waiting to be contacted . So I am very upset and still waiting for my purchase that was never delivered to me."
