- Hi, I purchased the watch on another authorized site and I don't seem to find any way to ask about it, so I will try here. Is it normal for the second hand to hit almost exclusively between the marks or do I have a faulty model? It isn't lined up unfortunately. I am asking, because they don't have a replacement policy and I really want to keep this watch. Maybe it needs to be checked.
