Automatic Precision with Dual Time Tracking

The Waterbury Heritage brings old-world charm to the modern age with classic design elements reimagined through a contemporary lens. This update brings the first automatic to the collection, with the enhanced functionality of a GMT for dual time zone tracking. Complementing its 42mm brushed stainless-steel case is a brushed stainless-steel bracelet with self-adjustable links that require no tools, quick-release spring bars, and a butterfly clasp for a secure fit and seamless transition from bracelet to clasp on the wrist. The black dial is framed by a two-tone unidirectional bezel and safeguarded by a domed K1 mineral glass crystal with anti-reflective coating for enhanced clarity. Luminant hands and markers ensure visibility in lowlight conditions, while applied indices, a convenient date window, an exhibition case back, and intricate detailing on the crown add a refined touch.

Mechanical Automatic Movement

Automatic watches have no battery. Instead, these ""self winding"" movements use the natural movement of your wrist as a power source.

Mechanical Automatic

Powered by You

A mechanical automatic movement winds itself using the natural motion of your wrist — a rotor inside spins as you move, storing energy in a mainspring. This spring slowly releases power through a precise series of gears and an escapement, driving the hands in a smooth, sweeping motion. It’s a self-sustaining engine, no battery required. When worn daily, it stays powered continuously — keeping perfect time without needing to be reset.

Stainless Steel Watch Case

This stainless-steel case is highly resistant to rust, corrosion, and tarnish, ensuring your watch remains in excellent condition over time. It's also hypoallergenic and incredibly strong.

Classic Design, American Sensibility

The Waterbury collection continues to be inspired by this same spirit, combining classic design and craftsmanship, with American sensibility, while keeping money in your pocket.

The Quintessential Expression of Timex Watchmaking

A bright yellow locomotive marked with the number 3911 travels across a dry, open landscape under a partly cloudy sky. The image captures the spirit of American railroads and industrial movement.
A well-dressed man sits confidently in front of a wooden bookshelf filled with books and a trophy. He wears a tan jacket over a striped shirt and displays a bold Timex chronograph watch on his wrist, blending heritage style with modern sophistication.
A vintage illustrated advertisement card featuring a goddess-like figure holding a watch and golden scales against a starry night sky. The card reads “Correct Time for Little Money” and promotes non-magnetic watches for sale by retail dealers.
Black-and-white photograph of a tall brick clock tower with twin clock faces. A hand-drawn arrow identifies the clock’s origin as “Expensive dials from Waterbury Watch Co.” — a nod to the historical significance of Timex craftsmanship.
Close-up image of a beige and brown watch strap laid on a textured work surface alongside metal components, springs, and a leather mat embossed with the Timex logo. The scene emphasizes craftsmanship and material quality.
A man lounges comfortably on a beige couch in a library, smiling while showing off a Timex chronograph watch. He wears a denim jacket layered over a patterned sweater, embodying relaxed luxury and timeless style.

What truly defines us extends far beyond our heritage—it’s the way our watches have gone from being simple tools to cherished companions. It’s not a watch, it’s an American icon.
